Terms and Conditions

By booking with Waste Collectors, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Quotation and Booking:

    • All quotes provided by the Company are based on photos and information submitted by the customer.
    • The customer acknowledges that the quoted price is subject to change if there is a variance in the volume of rubbish to be removed.
  2. Price Adjustment:

    • In the event of a change in the volume of rubbish to be removed, the price will be adjusted accordingly by the Company.
  3. Deposit and Eco Fee:

    • A deposit of £30 plus a £1.20 eco fee will be required upon booking.
    • This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • In case of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will be retained by the Company.
    • The deposit is non-refundable and is retained to cover expenses incurred by the Company, including but not limited to saved slot, fuel, and administrative fees.
  5. Service Provision:

    • The Company will strive to provide the rubbish removal service in a timely and efficient manner as agreed upon with the customer.
    • The customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to the rubbish removal site.
  6. Customer Responsibilities:

    • The customer is responsible for ensuring that all rubbish to be removed is clearly identified and accessible to the Company’s personnel.
    • The customer is responsible for arranging suitable parking for the Company’s van during the loading process.
    • Any parking tickets incurred while loading shall be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer agrees to reimburse the Company for any fines incurred, the customer will be inform before we start the job.
    • Hazardous materials or items deemed unsafe for removal will not be collected by the Company.
  7. Payment Terms:

    • The balance of the total cost of the service, minus the deposit is due upon completion of the rubbish removal.
    • Payment methods accepted by the Company will be communicated to the customer upon booking.
  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Customers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  9. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom
    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

By booking with the Company, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
