| 400–600 kg | about 25–35 mins | £170–£240 |

| Up to 1600 kg | about 2 hours | £700 |
Items With An Extra Charge
Some items cost extra because of how they must be disposed of, or the extra labour involved.
What Affects The Price Of Rubbish Removal?
1. How much space it takes in the van. We price mainly by volume. A few bags fit a minimum load, while a full garage or house clearance can fill a whole van. Use the table above or send us a photo for an exact price.
2. How heavy it is. Soil, rubble, bricks, concrete and garden waste can be heavy but small. For heavy waste we price by weight. See the heavy waste prices above.
3. Special items. Fridges, freezers, mattresses, tyres and paint need special disposal by law, so they carry a small extra charge.
4. Access. If we need to carry items down several floors or a long way to the van, a small stairs or access charge may apply. Tell us when you book and the price you get is the price you pay.
5. How fast you need it. We offer same-day and next-day collection across London at the same prices.
Ways To Save
- Bag up loose rubbish before we arrive, so it takes less space and less loading time.
- Put everything in one place, close to the door.
- Send a photo on WhatsApp so the price is fixed before we come.
- Combine jobs: one bigger load costs less than two small ones.
Council Collection Or Waste Collectors?
Councils in London charge for bulky waste collection, often with waiting times of 1–3 weeks, item limits, and the rule that everything must be left outside. We collect from inside your home, garden or office, usually same or next day, and take everything in one trip. Find out more about our rubbish removal and rubbish collection services.
